Our Property Management team have decades of experience and expertise which they apply to the management of every rental property. We have experience in both residential and commercial property management of all sizes and scales – from single apartments, to multi-apartment buildings, from commercial towers to retail strips and warehouses. Marketing and Tenant Selection : We arrange all aspects of marketing your rental property including arranging and managing viewing of the property by prospective tenants. Our team will screen applications for lease of your property and select the appropriate tenants.

Contracts and Legal Documentation : Our Property Management team will organise and manage all legal aspects of the lease agreement with the tenant.

Rent Collection : We have an excellent rent collection process in place which ensures that rent is paid in a timely manner, and funds are forwarded to owners without delay.

Property Maintenance : We undertake preventative maintenance in all our managed properties. This initiative allows us to fix many problems at an early stage, reducing overall costs. We are also able to attend to emergency maintenance issues should these occur.

Dispute Resolution : If a dispute with a tenant arises, we are fully conversant with legislation regarding the rights of both owners and tenants and able to provide support and advice.
